Kim Kardashian ’s humongous b *tt fell into hands of another man on Thursday night.
The reality star was spotted visiting a cosmetic dermatology clinic in Los Angeles [March 17] as photographers scrambled to get photos of her visible cleavage underneath a tight fitted black gown .
But what took the attention was the hand of a man placed on top of her famous b* tt !
The mother - of -one was being ushered back into her car by her best friend , Jonathan Cheban and didn ’t seem to bother when the PR guru landed his hand on her behind .
Instead , the 35 - year -old flashed a look at her ample cleavage as she lent over to adjust the hem of her midi -length dress , narrowly escaping a wardrobe malfunction.
