A mum in Chaozhou, South China's Guangdong Province, was spotted dangling her daughter in a river after threats of drowning her because she came back home with bad grades in school. The depressed mum told passers-by that her daughter always lay threat to commit suicide when ever she tries educating her.
With a heart so filled with pains, she asked those paying attention to her, if they knew how hard it was to train a child and she still comes back home with bad grades, asking what they would do if they were to be in her position.
