(UNILAG) have been asked to vacate the institution’s Akoka, Yaba campus with immediate effect

checks in the institution revealed that some students had protested the incessant power outage in the school and poor power supply and had moved to meet with the management on Thursday, April 7, with a view to finding a lasting solution to the crisis.

But rather than proffer a solution to the issues raised by the students, the management of the institution, rising from an emergency meeting on Thursday, ordered the students out of the institution while other activities in the school continues.

In a circular passed on Thursday, the students were asked to leave the school on or before 10.00 am on Friday, April 8 until municipal services improve.
